A bit of background on cheek

Founded in late 2020, Cheek Media is redefining the way public discourse unfolds, delivering bold and progressive perspectives on subjects that capture the zeitgeist. Dedicated to tackling the issues that matter, Cheek inspires its growing community to think critically, challenge the norm, and take action.

Challenging the rhetoric of the Murdoch media, Cheek aims to make political and cultural ideas digestible, engaging and welcoming to those who have felt excluded or disengaged from the overcomplicated language of power systems. Cheek calls out taboo subjects and provides opinions with bite.

Our dialogue wonā€™t always be perfect, but thatā€™s the purpose of Cheek: to lean into difficult and often uncomfortable conversations and remain open to getting it wrong. In the current mainstream media landscape, thatā€™s rare. Cheek Media Co. reaches millions of Australians with news that talks back.
